Main Heating/AC duct in attic. The Attic was warm as toast this Winter.
Not much heat on the second floor though

And yes, it was "Inspected"

Improper water heater venting caused flame rollout. Gas water heater was in a
garage setting on the garage floor. Good thing the garage wasn't used to park a car.
 A fire and explosive hazard.
